Equipment & Onboarding

Company-Funded Equipment Program

At Xeon Telecommunications, approved employees are responsible for purchasing their own required work equipment through our approved onboarding process. The company provides the necessary funding for these required work-related purchases, ensuring employees have the tools needed to perform their roles effectively.

Once an applicant successfully completes the hiring and onboarding process, detailed instructions regarding the equipment purchasing procedure will be provided by the Human Resources department.

This process is designed to ensure all employees receive standardized, job-compatible equipment that meets our security and operational requirements.

Please Note: Equipment funding is provided by the company for approved employees in accordance with company policies and onboarding requirements.
